NPI Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

The New Product Introduction (or NPI) team is primarily responsible for the implementation strategy and success of all new Intapp products. As part of the Product Management organization, NPI has a close relationship with both product managers and early-adopter customers to insure a streamlined implementation and optimal feature sets. The NPI team also establishes a solid, unified plan for implementing Intapp products, including project planning tasks, documentation, and best practices with the clear goal of meeting cost, quality, scheduling, and customer success requirements. This team is foundational to the creation of referenceable customers as well as training, assisting, and certifying both Intapp professional services and partners. With an ever-growing portfolio of highly successful products, the NPI team is an essential component to Intapp's innovations and delivery methodologies.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

* Provide technical leadership on the implementation of new products
* Quickly understand and become an expert of the usability of software, which informs implementation consultancy
* Develop technical collateral for distribution to other implementation teams
* Lead the mapping of data from one system to another, and understand bulk data conversion and ongoing synchronization
* Create and optimize software delivery and implementation strategies
* Work with product management to define features, defects, and improvements into the new product roadmap
* Work with Professional Services resources to guide and improve implementations
* Create partner certification practicums and tests
* Lead the development and delivery of new product training programs for Intapp Partners and Services
* Low-to-moderate (roughly 20%) travel required

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

* Technical degree: BS, MS (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
* 10+ years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role
* Understand the implementation of software in both small and large environments
* Able to quickly understand the usability of new software with little to no prior experience
* Comfortable with interactions on all levels (C-level to entry-level) and varying levels of technical knowledge
* Very strong data analysis, flow, and programmatic design pattern skills
* Results-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines
* High degree of attention to detail and time management
* Understand and action solution designs, including system, data, and process flow architectures
* Demonstrates professional and concise communications with internal and external customers
* Self-starter with an emphasis on multi-tasking
